The Apexhost mail servers consist of multiple servers and storage using the well known IceWarp server system. One of the issues with large mail serves is the overhead of scanning for Viruses and Spam. Apexhost has 2 MX servers (out in front of the main mail servers). These 2 X servers are dedicated to ONLY scanning for Viruses or Spam. This frees up the main mail servers, as they are focused on mail only, and not clogged up with excessive viruses and spam.
