(New!) Renewing your Domain

If you receive a notification that your domain is going to expire soon, don’t panic. You likely have 30 days to pay your invoice.

Domains in our system will automatically renew when you pay an invoice for them. Invoices are automatically generated a week before they're due.

If you are unsure how to pay your invoice, you can find a guide on how to pay Apexhost invoices in the knowledgebase on the Apexhost website.

To renew your domain name:

Once you have your domain invoice:

1.Pay the invoice.

2.Your domain should renew by itself.

If there are any issues, or you would like us to invoice you early to ensure your domain is renewed long before it expires, you can reach out to Apexhost support by emailing support@apexhost.com.au or creating a ticket in the Client Area on the Apexhost website.
