To transfer a domain name:
TO APEXHOST
1. Get your Domain Transfer Password (EPP Code). You can use the Apexhost article ‘How to Find your Domain Transfer Password (EPP Code)’ as a guide.
2. Once you have the password go to the Apexhost website www.apexhost.com.au.
3. In the top menu, hover your mouse over Domains and select "Transfer your domain to us".
4. Enter your domain name and EPP Code to transfer in the field and click check availability.
5. Select Add to Cart.
7. Update or ignore the nameservers.
8. Click on Update Cart.
9. Click on Checkout if all is OK.
10. If you are an existing client of Apexhost click on Click here to login.
11. If you are a new client, fill out the form to create a new account.
12. Once you have completed the checkout process your domain will be submitted for transfer to the registry.
13. You will receive an email requesting you authorise the transfer. Complete this.
Please note that the transfer may take up to 72 hours to complete.
FROM APEXHOST TO ANOTHER PROVIDER
1. Get your Domain Transfer Password (EPP Code). You can use the Apexhost article ‘How to Find your Domain Transfer Password (EPP Code)’ as a guide.
2. Contact your new Domain provider and ask them to transfer the domain to them. Give them the EPP code and the domain name.
3. Let Apexhost support know you’re transferring your domain away so we can cancel the domain in our system.
