(New!) How to Find your Domain Transfer Password (EPP Code)

A Domain Transfer Password (EPP code) is a password required to transfer your domain name either from Apexhost to another registrar, or vice versa.

To retrieve your domain’s EPP Code, send an email to your domain hosting provider's support address (Apexhost's is support@apexhost.com.au ) or create a ticket in their client area.

If you’re transferring your domain name away, ask for:

 1. Confirmation that the registrar lock is disabled.

 2. The EPP Code.

 3. Include your domain name.
